How it started
Care4U began with Vanny — a patient who once travelled to Penang for treatment on her own — and Dr. Stevie, a homecare physician in Bandung. We know first-hand how hard it is to handle paperwork while your body is unwell.
Why we exist

What services does Care4U offer?
We help plan medical trips, accompany you at the hospital, interpret and recap what doctors say, handle administration and registration, accompany emergency evacuations, and offer homecare and local consultations.
How much does it cost?
The first consultation is free. We do not publish fixed prices because costs depend on your destination, needs and how long you need support. Contact us for an estimate. Treatment costs follow the policies of the hospital you choose.
How do I sign up?

Does Care4U give diagnoses or medical advice through this website?
No. Information on this site and in the chat assistant is general and is not a substitute for a doctor’s examination or advice. For medical-travel accompaniment, diagnosis and treatment are provided by doctors at the destination hospital; Care4U helps with administration, language and accompaniment.
What if it is an emergency?
Call your local emergency number first (Indonesia: 112, or 119 for an ambulance; Malaysia: 999; Singapore: 995) or go to the nearest emergency room. The form and chat assistant are not emergency services. Once things are safe, message us on WhatsApp so we can coordinate support.
Can I be treated at a hospital that is not a Care4U partner?
Yes. We can accompany you to any hospital, at home or abroad, based on your medical needs.
Are treatment results guaranteed?
Nobody can guarantee treatment outcomes. Results depend on your medical condition and your doctor’s decisions. Testimonials on this site describe personal experiences.
How is my data handled?
Data from the form is used only to contact you and prepare your accompaniment. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
