We know health information is deeply personal. This page explains what data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.
Who manages your data
Your data is managed by Care4U Wellness Assistant ("Care4U", "we"), based in Bandung, Indonesia. Questions about personal data can be sent to careyouassistant@gmail.com.
Data we collect
Through the booking form: your name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), patient age (optional), the service and destination you are interested in (optional), and the symptoms or concerns you write. Health concerns are sensitive personal data and we process them only with your consent.
Automatically when you submit the form: the page language, submission time, referring page or campaign parameters (if any), and a random code derived from your IP address that is used to prevent spam. We do not store your IP address in its original form.
Through the chat assistant: the messages you type are sent to our AI service provider to generate a reply. We do not store chat conversation history on our servers.
What we use it for
We use your data to contact you, prepare accompaniment, keep a record of your request, and prevent abuse of the form. We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Your consent
We ask for explicit consent through a checkbox before the form is sent. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
Processing outside Indonesia
Our service providers may process data outside Indonesia. We choose providers that apply appropriate security safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep request data for as long as needed to follow up on your request and meet legal obligations — at most 24 months after our last contact — after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, obtain a copy of, restrict the processing of, withdraw consent for, and request deletion of your data under applicable law, including Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). Send your request to careyouassistant@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
The connection to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to the people who need it. No system is entirely risk-free, but we work to protect your data as well as we can.
Children and other people
If you submit data on behalf of a child or a family member, please make sure you are entitled to do so and have informed them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
