Transparency & Testimonial Policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
Trust is built on honesty. This page explains how we present testimonials, numbers and partnerships on this site.
Information on this site
Content on this site and in the chat assistant is general and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Medical decisions are best made together with your doctor.
Testimonials
Testimonials come from messages or statements given directly by clients or their families, and are published with their permission. Names are shortened to protect privacy, and we do not change the meaning of their messages. Parts we cut are marked with […]; we do not correct the original spelling.
When a testimonial is shown in a language other than the original, we mark it as a translation. For some testimonials we provide an excerpt of the original message with the sender’s identity cropped out.
Testimonials describe personal experiences and do not guarantee the same results. Want your testimonial withdrawn or changed? Contact careyouassistant@gmail.com and we will follow up.
Numbers and claims
Numbers on this site come from Care4U’s internal records. Where available we show the update date and how they are counted. If you believe a number is wrong, please tell us.
Hospital partnerships and affiliates
Care4U is not exclusively tied to any single hospital. With some hospitals we have referral arrangements and sometimes receive a commission or special promotion. We disclose this so you can weigh the information. You are always free to choose another hospital.
Hospital names and identities are used only to identify the institutions concerned and belong to their respective owners. Care4U is not part of those hospitals.
Corrections
